Samsung Galaxy S8 Iris Scanner not working

My phone's iris scanner is not working. The scanner is not working on anywhere either lock screen or anywhere else. The error says that it the iris scanner is not responding.  How to resolve this ?

reset the iris scanner from apps and services and go for a soft reset.

also check iris scanner is working or not

in phone type

and click iris scanner test
