Samsung Galaxy S6 Camera Black Spot

Recently i noticed a strange sound coming whenever i open the camera app on my S6....though it lasts for only 2 seconds but recently it prolonged.....it was for about 5 seconds.....it sounded as if something was being tased....(zzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzz).....

ANOTHER Problem is that i m noticing a black spot on the pics that i take on my S6....i m attaching the pics.....please Tell me a solution....

I also hear that sound for 2 seconds whenever camera is opened. No issues otherwise.
