Samsung Galaxy S25 Voucher Claim

Hi everyone.

Does anyone know how to claim the free R3000 voucher after purchasing S25 Ultra? I pre-ordered and took a contract with MTN. They advised to claim it on the Samsung Members app, but I cannot seem to find where to go to claim it.

Please help.

Go to samsung online click on help and talk to an agent or call their number for assistance

Buy online any tv or whatever then use ur voucher number to claim

Once you receive the device and open Members app the voucher should be there.

Hi. Make sure to put your Sim in your s25 and start using it as normal as your primary phone. After a few days, it should appear in the "benefits" section. It should appear automatically once you start using your s25 device. Then you can claim it.

I am also looking for my voucher they say an email will be sent but I have never received
