Hello I'm using S25 ultra for 3months now finger touch is not working only S pen I've restarted the phone and updated software why is this happening pls help me

Nothing happened. The screen is fresh no cracks at all. I was pressing playing music then it just stopped working. Even the screenprotector had no cracks when I took it off

The device is likely still under warranty. You should return it to the store where you purchased it.
