Galaxy SI am writing this message out of frustration and disappointment regarding a major issue I’ve encountered with my Samsung S24 Ultra. I’ve only been using the phone for a short period, and to my shock, the back panel has become loose and is popping out from the middle on the right side! After doing some research, I discovered that many others are facing the same issue, and it turns out to be a manufacturing defect.
I am extremely upset because this is not my fault, yet I’m expected to take the phone to service, where it will be opened and tampered with even though I'm the first user. This kind of issue should be resolved by replacing the phone entirely, not with temporary fixes that are likely to recur.
It’s incredibly disappointing that I’ve paid a significant amount of money for the 1TB version of this device, only to have to deal with this problem while it’s still under warranty. I have been a loyal customer to Samsung for years, purchasing all my phones and household devices from your brand. The idea of simply repairing the phone rather than replacing it is unacceptable.
I urge you to take this matter seriously and provide a proper resolution that respects your loyal customers.
