Go ahead and tweet, tagging Samsung as well as popular YouTubers like TechBurner, TrakinIndia, Gadgets 360, GSMArena, the Department of Consumer Affairs, Jagao Grahak Jago, and explain your issue so that everyone knows what Samsung is doing.
These YouTubers promote for money, but they never talk about after-sales service because Samsung pays them heavily for promotions. Now, it is our responsibility to highlight these issues; otherwise, these unfair practices will continue.
Recently, OnePlus announced a lifetime free screen replacement for green line issues caused by software, so Samsuna should follow suit.
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue.
