Samsung Galaxy S10+ ONE UI 2.0 BETA query

I've purchased my Samsung S10+ from India and using it now in Dubai (UAE) how can I opt for ONE UI 2.0 BETA?

Please try to contact Samsung India on how you can do the Beta testing. So far , there is no Beta Testing available in the UAE. Thank you.

1) If yes, why can't you intervene Samsung India in here?

2) Am I addressing my query to UAE region in specific? because, I have simply raised my query and I thought it's global forum.
