Samsung Galax 20+ battery draining fast and overheating

Hi all

I recently bought the s20 plus however I'm facing an issue with hearing battery which is graining fast. The battery isn't lasting more than 10 hours maximum from morning 9am till 7pm on average usage.

I checked with Samsung support at the store the dude told me "it's normal" though it's not. And live chat suggested to reduce to 4g instead of 5g,then what's the point of having a phone not capable of handling 5g?

I didn't pay a fortune on this phone only to get this kind of service back!!

Battery percentage may vary according to the usage (internet, call, video playback, etc..). yeah I heard it also they say that you will have to buy it when it is officially released because the battery might be better

It was available in store when I bought it. It's really annoying when you face such problems right after you buy a new phone and what makes it worse is customer service suggesting you to reduce to 4g like if the phone can't handle 5g then why add the option?

i can't use 5G and 120hz display due to the battery draining very fast

Me too i have switched the network to 4g and 120 hz the battery life improved but this phone comes with 5g so you one should take advantage of

we are all having same problem. whats the purpose of having alot o features of the phone if were not going to use it. use the good features of the phone but the battrry will drain fast.
