Samsung Email app not responding

facing an issue Samsung email app not showing the emails even not receiving the emails showing blank page even after refreshing any one who have any clue

My mob is hacked from my ugmail account... and some soft ware so what can I do and take action against them Samsung

Try using Google Gmail app. Its better than Samsung own email app.
