I'm really frustrated with the display issues on my Samsung devices. Why can't Samsung match the quality of the iPhone displays? It seems like only Samsung displays develop green and pink lines. I've spent a significant amount on the high-end Galaxy series, but we still end up with these display issues.I bought a Samsung S21 Plus from the Croma showroom during its launch, and now it's developed a pink line on the display. Meanwhile, I also purchased an iPhone 12 for my wife at the same time, and it's still working flawlessly. The display quality is fantastic with no issues whatsoever.Why can't Samsung meet the standards set by Apple? We pay a premium price for these devices, so it's disappointing to see such problems arise.
I informed the Samsung service centre and waiting for more than 11 days still they don't have stock.
Samsung service centre also refuse to create a job sheet they said that only after display arrives only they can create the job sheet even the service centre quality is very low compared to Apple service centre.
Simple, apple has a stricter standard than samsung. And even though their displays are primarily made by samsung displays(which is different from samsung electronics), they design the screen themselves and enforce higher standards
