hey,
You own an s7...after which 2 s series phones have come...you cannot expect them to divert resources into optimizing a oreo update for ur device...their priority is the s9..s8 according to the release date. Donot worry however...you will get the update. Clearly you are a first time samsung owner and have no past experience of owning a samsung phone...i can understand your disappointment. Next time if you want quicker software updates get a pixel or android one device.

Samsung priority shouldn't be latest phone , look now Apple is presenting newest iOS versions for Iphone 5s , this phone is for almost 5 or 6 years ago even then S7 is just for 2 years ago

I'm not still waiting oreo update for my s7 edge any more...can any body here still trusted about product for this company...simply defrince between Samsung and Apple...Apple release a new software for all products on same time...Apple respect all customers...I have iphone 6 and i received a new software on same time like iphone 8 owner's... Apple don't discriminate between customers...now i will sell my s7 edge ...NO SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ANY MORE😎
