Samsung DAC support 32bit-384 KHz

Dear Members, 

I need your opinion on the internal DACs from samsung on the flagship phones.

It is amazing to have a powerful DAC 32 bit/384 kHz, but will it be still benefit to have high DAC with  a USB type C earphones? 

I think the DAC on most of the earphone is very cheap and the overall performance of the music listing experience will be ruined because missing the 3.5 MMS Jack.

Do you agree with me? 

If yes, what is the solution to get the optimal listening experience on my phone?

I am considering Sony Xperia 1 Mii or LG v60 because of that plus the actual led light for notifications.
