Did anyone purchase mobile in Samsung corporate offer and have got extended Accidental damage and Liquid damage warranty?

I purchased Tab s6 Lite on 31'st, I'm also confused regarding the extended warranty as I have not received any document either on mail or along with the invoice.

Can you please suggest what to do? if in case you got any information regarding the same.
