Samsung Cloud is crashing on my S20 Plus when I try to back up my phone data. Is anyone else facing the same issue. I cleared the cache and even deleted the app data but still same problem. Even in safe mode problem is still the same.Can anyone suggest what to do ?

disable the cloud app , clear data and cache.

than enable it and upgrade again

than first delete data and cache of your oneUI app , than repeate the process

1. Launch your settings>apps>crashing app>storage>touch clear cache &clear data.
