I had Ordered samsung galaxy s20 from samsung.com/in and for that i had recieved coupon code of value 1500 through which i had ordered a samsung wireless charger of rs 1499 through samsung.com/in on 11th august 2020 and it got approved on 19th august and delivery date given to me is 26th august and i had called them on 19, 28, 30august and 2nd september and 5th september because my order was stucked on approved state then they are continuously saying me that because of covid 19 your order is late wait for sometime it will be delivered to you and and on 15th september after waiting for a month i had called again and talked to their senior named vaibhav kumar and he told me that your order is cancelled because coupon can't be applied on accessories they are telling me after 1.5 months that it can't be applied to accesories and there is no mention in terms and conditions regarding this when i told him he didn't listen to me and said we can provide only coupon to you and your was cancelled i am attaching the screenshots of terms and conditions My order id -:11136463659 they had wasted my 1.5 months i want that charger The Coupon i had applied at the time of ordering is RWDPLD7Zxxxxx i have already filed a case against them but that also doesn't help because they have falsely claimed that customer agreed and coupon is still active i have never agreed on this they are liar please friends share this as much its a fraud
