Good morning dear ones, yesterday my S21 Ultra 5G got water in it but thank God I managed to dry it. But the camera doesn't open, it gives an error, I installed Gcam works normally. Should I factory reset?

That's weird
Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps

Try force stopping and clearing the cache of the camera app, do a restart and see if it works

Water got into the camera some how even though the phone is water resistant. Just leave it for a few days. It should come right.

If not you will have to take it to a Samsung Repair Centre.

Yes. That is recommended, but if you are using the device currently. Do not open the Camera app. Or any thing involving the camera.
