Hi I need to backup my samsung phone's fully... As soon as I get into mu home network automatically. 

Automatically backups to a personal cloud or nas drive... A full backup... Automatic... As soon as I get in my house I want my phone to backup - one way - all data to my nas drive. That is still a ongoing delimma for me. 

Can someone help me please?

Hello. When you say "all your data", you have to be specific. There are different types, by app, etc, on your phone.

Some types are backed up via the the backup option in your system settings, to Samsung cloud. See attached screenshots.

Other types, such as photos, can be backed up via third party cloud storage apps like OneDrive or Dropbox, etc.

If you want to do file backups over your Lan to a Nas drive, you need a capable third party app too, which supports automation. FolderSync Pro is one of the best. You could for instance create backups for a given app to a local on-device space, then sync over your Lan.

I have more than 600GB of data in my phone.

I need to backup them automatically.

I don’t prefer to use one drive.

And Samsung cloud is out source.

So I prefer to have the data in my personal cloud or nas drive.

I tried some programs to do backups before but they where really really really bad and didn't do the job.. Including my own nas build in backup application.

I use synology.


I need to backup all meadia and files in my phone.

If there is a chance to backup the whole phone at once so if I lose it I can just flush the backup to my new phone.. It will be great too.

Ok. There was a really powerful app I used in the past, which could do a "total" real-time in-place device backup, but it requires root, which I don't recommend, as that can come with severe issues of its own. Please, never root a Samsung device.

If it is media and other files you're mainly concerned with, FolderSync Pro is my top recommendation. It has support for multiple protocols [SMB2, FTP, SFTP, etc], multi accounts, multi sync jobs, multi cloud services [including direct cloud-to-cloud], etc. A recent update has also brought automation experimentation and muti-thread/parallel transfers [for better speed].

It is a paid app. I suggest you explore it. It is well maintained/supported and the developer is responsive.

Another random option you can investigate is the Samsung Switch app. Run it, select your options, create a local on-device dump [if you have enough space], then back that up over your Lan.

To back-up/restore your data, follow these steps:

Open your device settings and tap on “Samsung account” at the top of the screen.

Select the “Samsung Cloud” option and tap “Back up data”, “Restore data” or “Settings”.

Find Samsung Cloud in your Samsung Account or access the “Account and backup” menu in device settings to do a backup.

On the next screen, you must select “Back up or restore data within Samsung Cloud”.

If you want to do the process manually, select the items you want to back up in the Samsung Cloud settings menu and tap “Back up now”.
If you turn on “Auto Backup”, each item you activate will be automatically backed up every 24 hours according to the auto back-up conditions.

Please note: For auto backup to work your device must be charging with the screen off and connected to Wi-Fi.

To set up auto backup, follow these steps:

Open your device settings and tap “Samsung account” at the top of the screen.

Select the “Samsung Cloud” option and tap “Back up data”. On the next screen, select the item you want to automatically back up.

Please note: Access to Samsung Cloud or its supported features may differ depending on the device, OS and country.

The items supported by backup/restore are:

Phone: call and message history.
Messages: enhanced messages, multimedia messages and text messages (some large files may not be backed up).
Contacts (saved on the device): contacts, email addresses, and business cards.
Calendar (saved on the device): schedules, events and tasks.
Clock: alarm, world clock, and timer.
Settings: accessibility settings, ringtones (excluding default ringtones), Samsung keyboard options, Wi-Fi settings, paired Bluetooth devices and Always on Display settings.
Home screen: layout, wallpapers (excluding default wallpapers) and Samsung DeX settings.
Apps: Installation files and Samsung’s app settings.
Voice recorder: recordings.

You can also synchronise OneDrive with your Galaxy device,OneDrive is Microsoft's cloud service that supports storing and sharing data such as photos and videos. You can synchronise content between devices that have OneDrive installed and download the files to your phone.
