Samsung 24 Ultra Share with apple devices

This feature is not working on my side I've tried to share a simple image and my moms 15 pro max doesn't pop up on my screen and vice versa anyone know how to fix it??

Both you and your mom need to update the phones and apps I think. If that's good then there is a bug.
