I got a not 10 almost a month back. Iam soooooo disappointed as I feel my S8 had better battery life that the note 10. I did go to samsung customer care and there so useless and not so customer friendly.
Anyone with similar experience

You got phone with killed battery for example that phone wich is showed in store and and wich permanently (charging wich you can take and look.) Usually this phones batterys are dead. Before buying be sure that your phone isn't open and showed on store phone table and repackaged.

I'm facing the same problem and even less than 2 weeks and by the way the phone was sealed and I saw from where they bring it ... but really my note 8 battery which is 2.5 years old almost the same ...??
