The update was expected last week but we are in second week of the month and still waiting. Anyone knows how much longer we have to wait.

Nobody knows, even Samsung Pakistan has stopped responding regarding this. S21 FE, S20 series and A series got updates but not the s21 ultra. Pathetic service by Samsung Pakistan.
