SMS Sending Failed , فشل في إرسال الرسائل النصية القصيرة

Can't send a SMS messages for any code numbers such as (1223) "Not a Personal Number"
Once I press send bottom , a notice shown (Failed to Send Message)

clear cache massage app then try again , if ask u "messages service wold like to send message to 1012" select "remember my choice" then "send"

switch off mobile data and try

go to flight mode and switch it on . and after some time switch it off.
