Just curious to know..

Do yall guys put screen protectors on your galaxy S Smartphones😅...I feel like it takes away the beauty of the phone...especially us with the on screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner

I do have one on my S23 but my cover protects the screen well. I am thinking of removing it because I have issues using the fingerprint scanner

I have one on my, and the fingerprint work well. Did you get the Samsung Official Screen Protector?

The plastic one no... It's just as useless. I have a glass one with the cutout in the middle but it's useless

How is the one with the cutout useless? 😅 I was thinking of getting the same ones since they're the ones available in zambia at the moment

It interferes with the fingerprint scanner causing you multiple failures when you scan. Then you end up giving up. You get a scan right every 8 tries. And the cutout is small

I removed it... My cover has raised edges so it's protected

Yes, in my opinion it's an absolute must. I had the S10 and had the the screen protector on and dropped the phone a couple of time and the screen was ok. Screen protector then unfortunately came off after putting the phone into a VR headset, not long after that the phone dropped again and the screen cracked all the way from top to bottom. Rather be safe than sorry.

If you get the screen protector fitted properly you won't even notice it. Never had issues with finger print sensor ever while having it on the phone.
