Brother Its Sutter thing. Nigt mode main Phone 1 to 5 Second take picture leta rehta hai I mean light  oor cloud move kr rahy hoo gy wind ki waja sy is liyay is tara appear hoo rhaa hai.

Picture laita rehta hai ok i can understand but final picture mai kisi or mobile mai q show nahi hota??

har mobile ki Picture processing different hoti hai jis isy us k camera quality b different hoti hai. Same time pr try krna, Same condition ko repeat kr k if possible. Most likely High shutter speed main moving subject Sahi sy capture nahi hoty.
