SAMSUNG NOTE APPLICATION NOT WORKING

recently I received an update on Samsumg note(application) . After updating samumg note , I am not able to access my notes.  It is showing to install samumg note add-on. While I tried to install it ,application manager gave a feedback that, that particular app is not from trusted source.  Why is this happening? Can  someone help me on this.

Hi, I faced the same issue. The solution is simple.
1. Long press on samsung notes app icon.
2. Select app info.
3. Scroll down and select install unknown apps
4. Set the toggle on.
5. Open Samsung note app again and wait for a minute and an app installation popup will appear.
6. Press install.

but why is it called as unknown app ?

Any app that's not directly downloaded either from play store or from galaxy store will be considered as unknown app by the device. It doesn't matter. You can install the app.😁😁
