שלום רב

יש לי סמסונג גלקסי s20 fe 5g
והאפליקציה מותקנת אצלי, כשאני נכנס לגוגל פליי לעדכן כתוב לי באדום מתחת לאייקון
של האפליקציה הנ"ל שאינה תואמת עוד למכשיר ועלי לפנות למפתחים.
ניסיתי להסירה אבל לא הצלחתי.
למה היא משמשת ומדוע לא ניתן להסירה?

הסרביס הזה שייך ל-Knox ולא ניתן למחוק אותו.
