How to screen mirror/file access my s9 mobile to windows 10 laptop by usb cable?

Kindly help me to get this with broken display s9.

I have to copy important files to laptop before give to service

Install samsung flow on both your S9 and laptop. and follow the onscreen instructions. It can work on both WiFi and USB.
