S9 screen lock changing not working

I got a problem in my s9. Few days ago I changed my screen lock from pin to swipe. Now again I want to change it in pin password but I cannt. It asks for pin and also confirmation after setting all again screen lock changes to swipe. Anyone any idea.

first change your lock to none means no lock then again choose pin your lock hope it will be okay 😊😊😊

then you will have to reset your phone just back up your data and press the reset button it will solve your problem for sure

ok as you wish are you using fingerprint as lock

no just swipe only bcz fingerprint also need pin password or pattern set first

ok do this remove your fingers print and use face lock if it works then you can go back to pin lock
