S9+ purchase in 2020

One of my friend was asking if it's worth buying S9+ now in the Flipkart sale where it is available for 28000 or he should buy the S10Lite instead. He wants a Samsung phone. What is your suggestion? His maximum budget is 40000.

i have s9+ i bought at 35k before 6 month in flipkart its nice phone still have iris scanner and same processer as s10 camera quality is very nice no lags battery is little bit small but i got 1 day backup with normal use. go for it.buy s11 if u like to buy s10 or buy note 10 but not worth to buy s10 cause no improvements

choosing s9 in 2020 is bad choice because from now it won't get OS updates. and u said ur friend budget is 40k so better to go with s10 lite.
