Hello Samsung,

We pay huge amount to buy your phones but you guys not giving the software update, even look out the redmi realme companies they are giving update for their starting Device too.

Don't fool the customers.


Every s9 users  rise this issue......!

and according to your question..there is no hands of samsung in os update..it's totally depends on Google as os made by Google... according to Google and samsung agreement policy there was no terms about Android 11 in s9 ,note9 ... but ui 3.0 is samsung made own ui interface but for their strategy they only will putted in those devices which received Android 11

see bro ..each and every new os update not beneficial for all .. that doesn't mean i don't like 3.0 which don't liked by you also🙂 because it's totally depends on users

Mr.Sammy25 at one day you will not receive any updates from Samsungfor your phone, I am speaking about this for everyone hope you understood 🙂

Unfortunately, the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 9 probably won't get Android 11, they will get security patches and bug fixes for the foreseeable future. And those models are eligible to receive One UI 2.5.

these software updates are really scrap.. why because previous software is better than present software. then rise our voice to get a new one. after we receive same previous software with a new flavor name.. happy happy..
