S9 earpiece change cost?

Samsung service center is saying earpiece is attached to display so display will be replaced . Cost 15000rs. Seriously?😱

they just lie on you earpiece can be replaced separately without any issues in s9 and in all samsung Smart series . you just go there and record his / her audio and video if it is possible then post on samsung support . they are just trying to get free juice which we have to fix in india ...

the same problem I have face now mine is working fine the ear piece solving do one thing

in voice calls set the network mode to auto mode it will solve that problem and clean the speaker if you have installed the uv tempered glass on your device the same problem I have also faced but I dint needed to service center I solved this problem by my self
