S9+ cracked screen

My screen cracked during the first week of lockdown.  If I remember correctly I was told that the S9+ comes with one screen repair. 

How do I claim this?

I am in Bloemfontein.

Kindly be advised that Samsung discontinued free screen repairs when the Galaxy S8 was launched. 

However you may take the device to the service center for repairs which will be charged.
