S9+ camera would not focus

When the camera opens, it would not focus, i have to wait and move the camera on different things and angles and somewhere it would come back from blurred to normal focus. And sometimes shaking the phone might focus too.

Why such a lag? 

Also it started happening after i updated from 9 to android 10

camera seting ko reset kar do

reset setting, clear cache, stop app, storage clear, auto focus on/off
Sab krke dekha, would not give the solution

even tried in safe mode, the problem still persists.
