S9 Plus Network and Mic issue

I bought an S9 Plus late last month upgraded from my S8
From the 1st day faced issue with Network Drop and while in a call the person on the receiving end complained that my call wasn't clear and had background noise.
I thought it would be normal for the new phone.
However the issues was never resolved even after the latest update.
I called Samsung Care and they directed me to Axiom to have it checked.
Went to Axiom and after checking the Phone they said it had an Hardware issue and that the phone has to be opened and the parts repaired.
Here I have an issue, a 20days old phone which has an Hardware issue Instead of doing a replacement of the Handset it's been opened and repaired not to forget the IP issue.
Totally hate this type of after service when competitors just replace the phone even cheap Chinese competitors.

Samsung really has to do something on their after sales service at least learn from competitors.

Dear Friends if you have any of the above 2 issues please go to the service Center
if you go in the 1st 7days they will replace the Handset or you have to wait like me for Samsung to open and repair the motherboard 😣

just received my S9plus from service Center they changed the motherboard
put in on guess what NO Network
Bless us really Bad Service.....
