S9 Can't hear incoming calls when answered

All, I noticed this problem yesterday where I'm not able to hear the other person when I answer their calls. If I make outgoing calls, I can hear properly. Anyone else faced similar issue?

go for the interactive checks in members app, if everthing is ok there then its due to some third party app.

try using another sim to check if the problem is in the phone or sim.

The issue is with the Jio sim , try using airtel

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->speaker).
2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
3- Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
