My S9+ battery reached 25% and suddenly reaches to 5% and then shuts off immediately. What should I do?

They should replace it. I had an A5 (under warranty) which had a swollen battery, I took it to them and they replaced the whole phone and gave me a new phone as they didn't have the replcement parts available.

or try this ->

-switch off phone
-press and hold power, bixby and volume Up key at the same time.
-once you see the android guy, let go off the buttons
-using volume key, navigate to wipe cache partition, press power button, select YES and then after its done, reboot your phone.

Hope this fixes the issue.

wait until your phone reaches 25% and check if the same problem occurs again. If not, then it is fixed else go to Axiom, they should do something about it as it is most likely a hardware issue.
