After april security patch device is heating abnormally.  Guys give individual feedback to resolve the issue immediately before any explosion

use the clean up application to clear all unwanted temp files in the internal storage at the same time it will clear ram processor also.maybe this solution reduce the heat of your mobile somewhat

it's same. no improvement. these cleaner apps are **bleep**. they never reduce device temp.
it's a technical issue came after april security patch

all devices which updated are too much heating problems it is very big problem created by Samsung developers. I have Samsung a70 and face this problem till now they're no solution I got.only wait for next update.

Dear Samsung member,

 

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

 

Be assure below steps will solve the issue:-

1) Turn off WI-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc :-swipe down the notification panel > Turn off WI-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features,
2) Decrease the screen brightness:- Decrease it from notification panel.
3) Close background running apps,
4) Uninstall the unnecessary apps,Long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions.
5) Usage of mobile phone when charging.

 

If issue still persists kindly send us the error log file within 15 minutes of issue occurrence.
Steps: Samsung member > get help > Error reports > Select Symptom > describe problem > Send.

we all know these things very well.. it's a software issue coming in all S series after april security patch.
