S8 dual sim problem

I'm using Jio in slot 1 and BSNL 4g in slot 2. The issue is, whenever I try to access data from BSNL, jio network goes off. Both SIM works fine when I set data for jio(slot 1). But issue comes when I set data for BSNL (slot 2).

Please provide solution for this guy's,,,,

because jio only works on lte band and s8 doesn't have dual LTE..

yea I know S8 doesn't support dual VOLTE, but I dint say that I wanna use 4g for both Sims . I'm just saying that whenever I switch data for BSNL, the jio network goes off. this doesn't mean in any way that I wanna use dual VOLTE. any solution for this ?

you have to use only jio sim for data.. you cant use bsnl for data if you want jio alive...there is no other solution...

No for jio to work you need to compulsory turn on the data mode to JIO. That's because s8 dosen't support VoLTE standby or dual VoLTE

dual VOLTE chaiye bhi nai,,, Mai bolra Hu ki BSNL se data jab use karta Hu toh jio automatically off hojata hai. lekin jab jio se data use karta Hu toh BSNL network rehta hai. ABI samjhe ?

Bhai, without dual VoLTE how do you expect it to work? Jio is a true LTE network since it only works on the 4G band but other operators are not truly Volte network. Airtel and Vodafone have started catching on but providers like BSNL use 4G for internet and they fall back to 3g or 2g for calls and SMS. So, you can't expect jio to work on that device without a LTE network.

tried that also. jio Ka sirf 4g network hai, 2g/3g bands Nahi hai jio me . jio Ka mode agar Mai 2g/3g set Karu toh jio network off hojata hai
