Galaxy SI updated my S8 to the May software version from settings and midway through the update the phone just turned off. Now, it won't turn on or even respond to charging/forced restart. Phone will not go into download mode either.
I went to the service center and was told they have to change the motherboard. So essentially it was a mistake to update the phone! I can't believe this. Anyone else faced such an issue before?
