S8 Slow motion shuttering issue

I am having this issue post Oreo update and the latest update claiming Camera improvement also didn't fix it. I am using Exynos variant of S8.

I'm sick of Samsung too.... Bought this high end device expecting all features...... they haven't added portrait mode which is available even in a10k device right now 😡

that's true... thats a strategy to get their S9 selling...if Pixel can do it with single cam, Samsung can too...
