S8/Note 8 Series

Since many members on the community are asking whether S8/Note 8 series will be updated to Android 10(One UI 2.0)..

S8 and Note 8 series were launched with Nougat and have already recieved 2 major update i.e. Oreo and Pie. Hence they are not likely to get Android 10. Also they are not included in the Android 10 update list by Samsung. Please find attached the list of eligible phones for Android 10 update.

Never trust what customer care says. Samsung customer care is almost always wrong about this stuff no matter which country.
