S8 + DISPLAY PROBLEM BLUE DOT

I got a s8+ pre ordered here in the UAE. Since recently I have noticed a blue dot near the centre display with no movements while using the mobile.
Is this a pixel problem or a software issue?

does that "blue Dot" also appear during the boot up screen?

I have in fact done a screen test through applications. It seems like there is a dead pixel.

Yes it does. stays until the phone goes off again

unfortunately it has come back. It seems like a dead pixel. Gonna have it checked with Samsung. So disappointing to have a new phone repaired

that's sad to hear, but I think you should be able to replace the phone if the phone is still not 14 days old

got it on 16april I guess. let's hope for a replacement. first Samsung and it's a sad start
