What the heck is Samsung doing? Other phones are receiving Samsung Experience 8.1/8.5 and last year's flagship users are stuck on 7.0 with TouchWiz and October Security patch! Come on Samsung, it's high time atleast provide us with some new features.

I'd hope this suggestion would be taken seriously.

you are right bro new J7 pro and J7 max is updated with samsung experience but S7 edge user is stuck on 7.0. Samsung India please.....update 8.0 oreo

Is compatibility an issue? Your flagship device is not compatible with Samsung experience 8.5 ? The other J and On series models are!! Wow! That's good. Appreciate for your quick response.. but I need some appropriate reason from you guys.

Samsung india nw a days replies like that only.. Bcoz if they update old Flagship then no one will buy new S9... Or they ll tell that Google is not sending updates.... Its the most boring copy paste answer given by them since 6 months.. Better to change device or OS and to move on...
