My S7 Edge has been restarting automatically sometimes, like i am watching a video or playing a game and the device automatically restarts. What might be causing this? and how to fix this?
it might be that you have enabled the Auto restart feature in the settings, check to see if it's enabled, Go to settings - General Management - Auto restart and disable it,
2- it might be that your software is glitching, you can firstly try to Wipe the cache partition from the recovery menu, and if that does not help, Factory reset the phone, be sure to back up all your stuff before you do the Factory reset, however if you go with Wiping cache partition, Backing up stuff is not needed.
