Hi, My S7 edge phone goes silent randomly and needs to be restarted so that it starts working again. I don't put it on silent mode and both the ring and alarm volume are on full. I have started to miss a lot of important calls and alarms because of this and is causing me a lot of trouble. I need help urgently. Thanks.
