My S7 can not updated. I can't use system settings. It will be stopped. All other options function. I've reseted my phone to be back in factory setting. But system settings can't be used. Do you have a idea? Or any solution.?

Don't worry. Try flashing stock rom through Odin. It will solve your issue.
