My phone use to freeze 3-4 times a day. Then it gets automatically restarted or it get hanged. I have to use volume down and power button to restart it. I have factory reset it also but problem not solved. Kindly check error logs and resolve my issue. Is this hardware problem or any app creating problem? Please check and provide me resolution
the only thing can help you is Samsung Customer Service . . They will check your Phone Hardware , i had the same problem in my Samsung s7 & they fix the problem . . i hope your problem gets fixed as soon as possible
Bro on thing you can try at home is hard reset the phone and wipe catche partition after backing up data. If nothing happened after this method , thn you have to visit service station
