S7 Edge mobile inactivity status

i am facing issues with galaxy S7 Edge mobile, calls are not receive and inactivity status for sometimes. However i am able make the outgoing calls without any issues. lots of people complained about the unavailability/offline of my phone. They can't able to reach me. if i do the restart phone then start receiving calls and sms. already checked the sim card and done the sim manager settings but no luck.. please advise me to fix this issues. thanks a lot

yes the problem not repated every week as you mentioned before
but try this..change the setting of show my caller ID from show to to according to the default operator setting

try to hard reset. sometimes software issues.. i hope it will solve after Hard Reset.

I think it is because of tour mobile operator, nothing related to phone itself.

this is related phone and cache memory issues, already checked with mobile operator and tested the sim card service status. it works on other phones without any outage.. now i hv removed few apps and cleared my phone cache memory now to check the status.. letz see
