My phone keeps getting stuck in the Samsung logo. It begins by losing all sound and the screen keeps flickering when I touch the softkeys. On restarting it never goes past the Samsung logo. Anyone with a permanent solution to the problem? I've taken it to the Samsung dealer in Kenya and they have no solution. They finally asked me to replace the motherboard which costs as much as buying a new phone. The phone is meticulously maintained. Never ever dropped or mishandled.
Yes. I've flushed my phone several times. the problem keeps recurring. Even now as we speak its back to no sound. I'm afraid if I restart it, it'll hang at the Samsung logo
its the software complaint....no need to replace motherboard or any other hardware unless you havent dropped ur phone or any physical damage occurred....and it will be the booting software error
