Dear Samsung's Please resolve my problem as soon as possible

Dear in my Samsung Device S6 Edge Plus only 03 Pages Messages write instead of 10 Pages/more and messages are sent  maximum 20 peesons instead of 50/100 (Screen Shots are attached) persons dear i hope this issue as soon as possible resolved and rectifying all the errors and I hope you may also update messaging version.
