Do you have any idea if S6 Edge Plus is going to receive android 7.1.1?

My S7 Edge didn't receive 7.1 yet. So I don't expect Samsung to release the 7.1 for the S6 series anytime soon, maybe never. If they did, the S7 series would receive it first.
